Team Eagle Esports provides esports tournament organization services including match hosting, scheduling, rankings, and competition management.
2. Skill-Based Competition
All tournaments are skill-based. Match outcomes are primarily determined by player performance, teamwork, and strategy.
3. Participation Fee
A participation fee is charged for access to organized esports competitions. This fee covers platform services, match hosting, scheduling, administration, and operational costs.
4. Rewards
Rewards are distributed separately by the platform to top-performing teams based on match results and verification. Participation does not guarantee any reward.
5. No Wagering or Betting
The platform does not involve or support any form of gambling, betting, or wagering. Participation fees are not placed as stakes on match outcomes.
6. Fair Play Policy
Use of hacks, cheats, exploits, teaming, or any unfair practices will result in immediate disqualification without refund.
7. Platform Role
Team Eagle Esports acts solely as a tournament organizer and does not influence gameplay outcomes, player performance, or match results.
8. Eligibility
Players under 18 must participate under supervision of a parent or guardian. All payments must be made by individuals aged 18 or above.
9. Payments
Payments are collected via UPI or QR-based methods. Users must ensure correct payment and submit valid transaction details for verification. Registration is confirmed only after successful verification.
10. Payment Responsibility
Users are responsible for entering correct payment details. Any incorrect or failed transaction due to user error will not be the responsibility of the platform.
11. Refund Policy
Participation fees are non-refundable except in cases where a match is cancelled by the platform due to technical or administrative reasons.
12. Match Cancellation / Changes
Team Eagle Esports reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any match, lobby, or tournament due to technical issues, insufficient participation, or operational reasons.
13. Prize Distribution Conditions
Rewards will be distributed only after result verification, fair-play checks, and completion of all matches. Any dispute may delay the payout process.
14. Account & Registration
Users must provide accurate details during registration. Any false or misleading information may result in disqualification without refund.
15. Disqualification Rules
Teams may be disqualified for rule violations, late entry, absence, or misconduct. In such cases, no refund or reward will be provided.
16. Limitation of Liability
Team Eagle Esports is not responsible for in-game bugs, server issues, network problems, or factors beyond its control.
17. Changes to Terms
Team Eagle Esports reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
