Once a slot is confirmed, participation fees are non-refundable.
Event Cancellation:
If a match is cancelled by the organizer, the fee will be refunded or adjusted to a future event.
Payment Issues:
If payment is completed but registration is not confirmed, users must contact support with transaction details.
Refund Timeline:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
